Need I say more???? My little girl is growing up so fast- next its potty training!! I would love to hear some advice on both of these things from all the expert mothers out there!!

We just potty trained Brielle about a month ago! Its lots of fun- just don't plan on going anywhere for about a week! We would just set a timer every 15 minutes in the beginning and reward with candy when she went! She loved it, then as she got better about going we extended the time in between and now she rarely has to be asked at all!!! Its fun, GOOD LUCK!!
I also think pullups are confusing so we don't use those during the day- expect to clean up a few messes!
You will have to let me know how the whole big girl bed goes. I haven't wanted to take the girls out of their cribs yet because they are not trying to get out of them yet. About the potty traning thing I haven't really started full blown but I have taken the girls potty's out and have let them try them out whenever they will to start to get them used to it.
I found that with Hailee, it worked best when I used bribery. I would go to All-A-Dollar and get some things that I knew she would love. I tried to find something in a package with more than one item, that way you can open the package and make it last longer. The smaller toys she got for going pee, and the bigger ones for going poop. After she got the hang of it, she never really asked about the prizes, but it helped get her excited to try.
