Ever since I got my food processor for Christmas I have been using it like crazy. I bought this huge block of cheese from Costco thinking that I could use the grater on the food processor!! I guess I didn't realize just how much grated cheese a block that big would make- three frezzer bags full!!!! Oh man we will be eating a lot of cheese around here!!

I'm so sad we didn't get to see you last weekend, I was so looking forward to it. We love that costco cheese, too, but we go through it so fast there is no need to freeze.
